P90XLean: Yoga Thursdays

Yoga day today.

I'm noticing improvements in my strength and flexibility the more I do this workout. I think the only sticking points right now are steadiness in some of the balance postures and any poses where you have to turn into your body instead of away from it. My spine does not seem to want to move that way, but I'm working on it. Yoga blocks have been helping.
