Week 3 began today.
I did not lose any weight last week but I feel like my hips are a bit narrow(judging by how clothing feels).
I did not get to workout until after dinner today. Shoveling and extended commute times(getting the kiddos to and from school)got in the way of an earlier workout.
Core Synergistics. Still a good workout. I pushed harder than I have with weights and full body push ups, which by the way are getting much better and I can do them much longer. All in all, I'm comfortably uncomfortable and ready to go to sleep.
