P90X Lean: Legs and Back
I got my new resistance bands yesterday--just in time to put them to work today. They worked like a charm. Today was my last weight workout for a week as my recovery week starts on Monday. I'm looking forward to Phase 2.
Thoughts on the nutrition plan:
I started the first week with the Phase 1 Level 1 plan and I went a little "carb crazy" at the end of the week. The plan only allows for one serving of carbs per day and that is just no enough for me as I quickly found out. And the protein, good Lord, I cannot eat that much protein a day. So the second week I went to the Phase 2 plan. It's been a rocky couple of weeks but I will admit that I feel better when I follow the plan exactly(which I haven't done with enough regularity and I intend to remedy that as I finish Phase 1 and start Phase 2 of the workout program). I do occasionally add in an extra snack if I'm starving.
