P90X Lean: Legs and Back

Day 12: Legs and Back, Ab Ripper

I switched the order on these today and did Ab Ripper first--that went much better I was able to push much harder through the Ab Ripper DVD and it didn't affect my performance in Legs and Back.

I upped weights on everything this time and since I am using the bands instead of a pull up bar, I held each rep at the bottom and concentrated on a slower negative--that felt much better. I have ordered higher tension bands--I was hoping they would be here today but no such luck--the highest tension I have right now is equal to about 30 pounds and I can do much heavier.
